But when Kuleen lath lost his blanket and went to Claridge and complained that some one stole his blanket, Claridge told him loudly ( as he always did) that." Kuleen Lath I will give you such a lath ." that was something I still remember when I think of Kuleen

Ravi:
Funny you mentioned Claridge.I remember one incident where Mr. Chowkani had arrived late with his son. In the drunk state, he was calling Son "aap" and his dad "tum"; "tum apane ladka ko bolo vo late aya hai..."
And then when distributing letter he will make that salam gesture when calling abdus salam...

Sudeep:
I was in grade 6C when I had missed the school bus from Kulti. I had to take the public transport and arrived late. We were in Ms. Cardoza's class which was next to Mr. Claridge's den.

Gosh! He pulled his 3 feet cane and wacked the hell out of me for being tardy. So if I ever missed the school bus I made sure I will detour a mile away from Mr. Claridge's den, like a mouse crossing a cat's den.

However, I would occassionaly bump into Br. Parton in from of the tech. bldg. and he would wink at me and say "run 'sadeeb' you'll be late to class".
Well, Well some memories, good or bad still cherish them and kinda laugh at it now.

Sam:
Indeed, No laughing matter then I must say. However with all honesty and with all the caning that I got ( and BTW I was one of his favourite whip horses) Mr. Claridge's memory will be there forever. Somehow in some strange way he kind of idealized the whole concept of my early Boarding days.

By the time we moved to Techside we were already kind of wisened up to the world around us. So in this regard Claridge will always be remembered.
I think that Swimming pool came into Operation when we were in 6C.

Alok:
And Mr Claridge, he really loved Sabya & Subash ( I think ).
